Refund and cancellation policy

You can cancel a paid subscription through the billing flow when available. Cancellation typically stops future renewals, but it may not automatically refund past charges unless required by law or approved by NexusRBX support.

• Contact support@nexusrbx.com for billing mistakes, duplicate charges, or account access problems.
• Include the account email and relevant transaction date when asking for billing help.
• Do not include full card numbers or sensitive payment details in support messages.

Credits, tokens, or usage-based balances may be non-refundable after use, unless the checkout terms, local law, or a support review provides otherwise.
