This Privacy Notice explains what data NexusRBX collects, how it is used and shared, and the choices available to you when using the website, AI workspace, Studio bridge, and related services.
We may log basic usage events without sending us your private prompt text, generated code, emails, or project names when those events are only needed for analytics, reliability, or product diagnostics.
Information we collect

How we use information

- Authenticate accounts and preserve project continuity.
- Generate and store requested outputs, artifacts, and Studio workflow state.
- Process billing and subscription status through payment providers.
- Detect abuse, fraud, security incidents, and service reliability problems.
- Respond to support, privacy, and legal requests.
Sharing, retention, and rights
We may share information with service providers that help operate NexusRBX, such as hosting, analytics, authentication, payment processing, storage, and AI infrastructure providers. We do not sell personal information in the ordinary meaning of that term.
We keep information for as long as needed to provide the service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and maintain security. You can contact support@nexusrbx.com to request access, correction, deletion, or other privacy assistance.
Children, security, and changes
- NexusRBX is not intended for children under 13.
- We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, but no online service can guarantee perfect security.
- We may update this notice and will revise the effective date when material changes are made.
