Storage types

| Authentication cookies or tokens | Keep you signed in and protect account access. |
| Session storage | Preserve temporary handoff state such as a public prompt continuing into /ai. |
| Local storage | Remember interface preferences, recent docs searches, and non-sensitive UI state. |
| Analytics events | Measure usage, reliability, and product quality when configured. |
Choices
Most browsers let you limit cookies or clear local storage. Blocking required authentication or session storage can prevent sign-in, project continuity, and workspace handoff from working correctly.
